Summer Season and Its Effects on Skin
When the season changes there is a different different temperature which will disrupt the surface of skin. Also the UV exposure will affect the skin. Skin is the outer covering of the body which stores vitamins, water and fats etc. A proper care is compulsory for the skin, if you want to keep it fresh and smooth. Skin care in a daily routine is the only procedure of preventing the skin from darkness.

- Warm weather is gentle on the skin. The function of skin is normal but at high temperature can cause dehydration due to more sweating.
- As, Summer season is arriving, our skin is definitely going to face a different weather. Hot weathers cause increase of water loss from the body. This can lead to dehydration and can also cause dryness and irritation.
- In summer season, there is more secretion of oils, skin cells and sweat.
- Skin also becomes dark due to the heat present in the environment. Basically, everything with high heat will make your skin dull, dry and dark.

- Skin therefore, needs a proper care to maintain its glow and shine.Drink as much water as you can in a day. It is because water contains vitamins and essential minerals in it that helps in excreting the bcterias and toxic material from the body. Water can fight off acne problems and can make your skin fresh.
- Don't go to the places where the temperature is too hot because it can make your skin dark and dull. Use sunblock on your face when ever you go outside. UV exposure can also be harmful for the skin and can have bad effects.
- Apply Aloe Vera on your skin to keep it moist as aloe vera will act as a moisturizer for the skin.
- You can use milk also as a moisturizer and can apply it gently on your skin for clearing your complexion.
Use home made remedies for your skin. In short period of time you can apply them on your skin and can make your skin brighter, lighter and clear. This remedies include:
- Paste of honey and milk
- Face pack which contains: lemon juice, turmeric, honey, gram flour
- Paste of mashed banana and avocado oil
- Face mask of yogurt and turmeric
